Track how you use your mind space from learning and creating to the negative stuff. MindTrack provides an easy way to track your daily activities in six broad categories Thinking, Creating, Maintaining, Learning, Self-Care and Undesirable and view them on a dashboard with flexible settings that you can tailor to your needs.

The categories of Thinking, Creating and Maintaining represent productive output - the time spent producing or creating something that makes a change in the world. Learning and Self-Care represent productive input – the time spent maintaining and enhancing ourselves, and the last, Undesirable is the time we spend on things that are neither self-improving or productive that hinder the achievement of our goals. Within each category there are up to 25 sub categories that are designed to be sufficiently broad to cover most things that we do.

Tracking these helps you understand your personal productivity cycles, your mental health cycles, the effects of therapy or other interventions, as well as set personal goals to work towards.
